DVC-LT Biography

Attorney Jack Manhire currently serves the National Legal Department as the Tax Law Division Chief. He is responsible for all tax-related legal matters of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Jack lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Ann, and their eight children.  He is a member of Flotilla 79 in District 9WR.
